Leyendo Ramen para dos, me entero que dos pesos pesados del Comic americano como ser Stan Lee (Spider-man, X-Men) y Todd McFarlane (Spawn) producirán un comic en donde Yoshiki, lider y baterísta de X Japan, será el protagonista.

Dicho comic se llamará Blood Red Dragon y el guión está en manos de Jon Goff y contará como Yoshiki descubrirá que a través de la música puede despertar un antiguo poder denominado Blood Red Dragon, mediante el cual deberá luchar contra la oscura armada de Obvilion, evitando así que el Blood Red Dragon caiga en manos de este grupo y así detener la ola de asesinatos de músicos en todo el mundo.

Yo no se ustedes, por un lado está bueno la idea y creo que podrá ayudar a dar a conocer a Yoshiki y su música en USA, pero al mismo tiempo se me hace como muy “simple” la historía. ¿Ustedes que opinan?.

En sí, está versión ha sido compuesta por Jono Bacon, manager de la comunidad de Ubuntu,que a su vez, como podemos apreciar toca la guitarra y, ha logrado un muy buen tema, que incluye hasta un clásico sólo.

Más que confirmadísimo. El próximo 14 de septiembre, la legendaria banda japonesa dará un concierto en Buenos Aires. Para los que no la conoce, X Japan es una banda icono de Japón de la que ya he hablado en el blog, en la primer recomendación musical que hice justamente sobre X Japan, cuando comenté los problemas que Toshi estaba atravesando e incluso cuando les presenté Art of Life, mi tema preferido de ellos . Para que se den una idea, la banda es tan importante en el país del sol naciente que hasta tienen un diseño de Hello Kitty inspirado en ellos .

Vale mencionar que, el quinto miembro de la banda, ocupando el espacio que dejo Hide tras su muerte, corresponde a Sugizo, quién fuera uno de los miebros originales de Luna Sea, banda apadriana, justamente, por Hide y X japan en los 90s. Actualmente, en X Japan toca la guitarra lider, los violines y hace algunos vocales.

Las entradas salieron a la venta el pasado 27 de mayo por medio de Ticketek en dos modalidades, común y VIP. Personalmente yo ya he comprado las mias, aunque creo que la VIP no vale la pena por lo poco extra que te dan.

Y, para aquellos que no están en Argentina, no se preocupen porque X Japan andará por toda sudamérica. Acá les dejo el cronograma para los otros países:

Bueno, ahora vengo con un nuevo tema . El mismo es la creación de Connor Anderson , quién se basó en la canción “Like a G6” del grupo Far East Movement’s para crear “Roll a D6” junto a sus amigos. Armaron el video y listo, lograron ya más de 400.000 reproduciones en youtube.

Hace un tiempo ya había publicado una forma de ordenar los temas de música en nuestro reproductor MP3 a fin de que los temas quedasen por orden alfabético y no en el que fueron grabados.

Ahora, gracias a un post de Phyro en Los Ojos de Tux he conocido otra forma más de lograr lo mismo, la cual es incluso más simple que la anterior. Para eso, solo debemos instalar el programa Fatsort.

En Archlinux, alcanza con un simple:

yaourt -S fatsort

Y, una vez instalado, enchufamos el USB a la PC y ejecutamos:

fatsort /dev/sXX (En donde sXX es el dispositivo USB)

Y listo, temas ordenados correctamente, sin perder las carpetas ni nada .
